This garden room is designed for residential outdoor installation. The structure is manufactured using galvanised steel panels and includes insulated roof panels. It is suitable for storage or multipurpose outdoor use depending on installation and configuration.
The roof is constructed from 4cm insulated steel sandwich panels with a white underside finish. External sheets are manufactured from 0.9mm hot-dipped galvanised steel with a zinc coating of approximately 275g/m².
The roof pitch is 2°, and the unit includes an integrated gutter system with a Ø60mm outlet.

Construction Details
All Classico profiles are manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel. External sheets incorporate a zinc layer of approximately 275g/m².
Windowed units are fitted with plexi glazing.
The building includes a cylinder door lock and latch mechanism.
Ventilation is provided through integrated grille openings.
The roof incorporates insulated steel sandwich panels (4cm). Thermal performance will depend on installation method and internal finishing.
Rainwater is directed via an integrated gutter system.
